Hope Translation Agency, founded by Jack Ma (Ma Yun) in January 1994,
is a professional translation agency registered at Hangzhou Municipal
Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is the first translation
agency registered in Hangzhou. Since the inception of our business,
we have been the designated translation agency of Hangzhou Notary
Public Office. Due to our fast, accurate and excellent professional
services over the ten years, we have earned high credit from various
notary public offices. In addition, we are an official partner with
the Notary Public Association, the Judicial Department of Zhejiang
